We have the flexibility to implement HR-ease in two environments. We offer a secure ASP (Application Service Provider) environment, where we host and maintain the application for you.  Customers may alternatively choose to license the product for use at their location, incorporating existing hardware, firewalls, and utilizing the pre-established protocols and security procedures.

Scalability

No matter how fast your company is expanding, HR-ease delivers superior performance and reliability. Our applications have a true n-tier architecture that lets you start with a minimal configuration and scale to the most demanding of architecture. Our application utilizes Microsoft COM (Component Object Model) technology to leverage MTS (Microsoft Transaction Server) to ensure the highest level of performance and best resource usage. HR-ease leverages load-balancing hardware to ensure users get the best performance.

Architecture

HR-ease Web-based applications are based on a Microsoft Distributed internet Architecture. The application can run on hardware and software currently in your IT infrastructure - or it can run in a secure ASP (application service provider) environment where we host and maintain your application.  In creating our product we use well-known development tools such as Visual Basic .NET, ASP .NET(active server pages), XML, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Synchronization

Our application uses a proprietary XML 360°- synchronizing interface to retrieve and populate data from your ERP/HRMS (Enterprise Resource Planning/Human Resource Management System) and legacy applications. It ensures that changes are reflected in all your systems, providing high levels of data integrity.  Interfaces are currently running with several 3rd party applications, payroll providers, and insurance carriers.  We will custom develop interfaces as needed for each client.

HIPAA Compliant

Our Technology enables the efficient electronic transmission of Benefit Enrollment and Premium Remittance information in conformance with the Administration Simplification subtitle of the Health Insurance Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.  Standard Transaction edi files meet the requirements as recommended by the Office of the Secretary Department of Health and Human Services in the Health Insurance Reform: Standards for Electronic Transactions.

Security

The users will be asked for a name and password for access to our system. Their access is controlled and administered by you through user IDs and passwords. Our role-based architecture defines and determines what panels and functionality that a user will see as well as the actions they will be able to perform. If we deploy the application at your site, the application's security is based on your existing security requirements. If we deploy the application in an ASP (Application Service Provider) environment, we provide standard 128-bit encryption utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
