First Day Employment
Our "First Day Wizard" helps employees complete paperwork associated
with a new job. Employees can enroll in benefits plans on-line, such
as medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plans. HR-ease
also makes it easy to provide direct deposit allocations, elect beneficiaries,
declare dependents, set up automatic payroll deductions, and select
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options and more.
Open Enrollment
Our "Open Enrollment Wizard" begins by asking employees to verify
or correct their personal information; the wizard then takes the employee
through a step by step process first displaying prior year elections
and costs, then prompting the employee to view and chose each of the
benefit plans and options. Once the employee has completed the wizard,
our product will produce a summary page for verification.
Dependents and Beneficiaries
Employees can input, verify and maintain dependent and beneficiary
information, such as names, addresses and allocations, at will.
Personal Benefits
It's easy for employees to view their medical, dental and vision insurance
coverage. The employee can also review commonly requested information,
such as deductibles, co-pays, and plan names and numbers.
Life Insurance
Employees can view current their Life Insurance, Supplemental and
Dependant Life Elections and the level of coverage.
Disability Insurance
Elections for the current year and costs associated with each plan
are available to employees for review.
Stock Options
If your company offers an Employee Stock Option Plan or an Employee
Stock Purchase Plan , it can be maintained from our system.
401(k)
HR-ease can link your 401k programs to the outside
supplier so employees can view details of their allocations that could
include percentages elected, fund's chosen as well as each fund's performance.
